Working on chocolate chip cookie recipes in the lab. First batch is totally primal - but worried about the brown sugar to flour ratio. Still, these chocolate chip cookies are better than most cookies I’ve had anywhere else, but it could be because I made them to what I think a chocolate chip cookie should taste like. I’m not into chocolate chip cookies that are made like they’re ginger snaps (so whack) but at the same time I cannot vibe on cookies as soft as Mrs. FIelds (also whack).
