BRIGHT BRIGHT BRIGHT

Dark Dark Dark are some of the most polished musicians I have seen play live. Experts at many instruments, Dark Dark Dark knows how to bring an intense experience, deep and heartfelt to those who see them preform.
I have a simple equation that I use to figure out how good an artist is. The record, itself, has to be completely solid, obviously. The other half comes with preforming it live, and how close the artist comes to playing it live in relation to the sound of the record, the higher the marks will yield in my grade book.
Dark Dark Dark has a huge ‘cult-like’ following here in Providence. They played a show at AS220, a small space albeit, and over 100 people attended, bringing the room near capacity. It is an honor to have them here so frequently, for they are always busy recording or working on their next film score.
Daydreaming is a track filled with a slew of instruments which present many harmonies. Nona Marie Invies’ beautiful voice sits in the foreground; set playfully above the piano.
Their newest record, called Wild Go, is dropping October 5th, which you can pre-order here.
